Masonic Lisbon - Afternoon Sunday Walk only available on specific dates

Freemasonry originated in the free masons of England of the 14th century but the organisation we know was born in the 18th century. Even though today’s Freemasonry has new ambitions, it is assumed as a philosophical secret society of solidarity nature, reserved for those who participate in it.

Assuming that the first Portuguese Masonic Lodge was founded by the Marquis of Pombal, we will discover the "City-Temple" filled with Masonic symbolism that he designed, after the great earthquake of 1755.

The quality of those present having been confirmed and the works now under way, it was up to Brother Eugénio for himself and for Brother Mardel to present the lines and their hidden meaning.
