Less than an hour from Lisbon you will find a wide variety of natural scenery, each more surprising than the last. On this tour we explore the perfect blend of countryside, mountains and ocean.
In the Arrábida hills you will enjoy one of the most scenic drives in the world, not just in Portugal – it even appears in a James Bond film. Overlooking the ocean and the Sado river, these hills have Mediterranean vegetation, with dense scrub and rich wildlife.
The tour starts in Azeitão, where we visit historic wine cellars. For lunch we head to a secluded beach hidden in the Arrábida hills, with an amazing view. We end at the cliffs of Cabo Espichel, a place of religious retreat for centuries, with a breathtaking view.
TIP: in summer you can swim at the beach; in winter you can enjoy the sunset at Cabo Espichel.

This is a full-day private experience outside Lisbon. We pick you up at your hotel with a private transfer and driver, and lunch is included, so the price is higher than our walking tours in Lisbon. Ask us for a quote for your group.
