Imagine discovering the old Alfama district blindfolded: narrow streets, the smell of grilled sardines, the sound of Fado in the distance, and so many other sensory adventures…

An unforgettable sensory walk in complete safety through the old town, where participants are blindfolded and guided by their other senses. Your Lisbon Walker guide also provides the historical and urban context.

This unique tour has two main goals

To offer a sensory experience that builds a new understanding of space by stimulating smell, touch, taste and hearing in the absence of sight.

To raise awareness of the world of blind people – not as a disability, but in a positive and stimulating way, in which the blind invite us into their world of references.

NOTE: for logistical reasons, groups have a maximum of 12 people.

This experience is designed for sighted participants and is not suitable for blind visitors.
